Refund Policy – House Party 2026

  1. Full Payment Deadline (February 1, 2026)
    • The remainder of your balance must be paid in full by September 1, 2025.
  1. Refund Schedule
    • Before December 1, 2026 – Full refund of any amount paid.
    • December 1 – February 1, 2026 – 50% refund of total fees paid, unless we can find a replacement from the waitlist.
    • After February 1, 2026 – No refunds will be issued unless we are able to find a replacement from the waitlist.
  1. Waitlist Transfers
    • If we are able to fill your spot with someone from the waitlist, we will refund 100% of your payment, including the deposit, regardless of the cancellation date.
  1. Exceptional Circumstances
    • If you experience an emergency (e.g., medical or family crisis), please contact us. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
