Terms & Conditions – House Party 2025

1. Participation & Shared Practices

By registering for House Party 2025, participants agree to fully engage in the retreat experience, including:

  • Upholding the shared practices of the retreat, as outlined here.
  • Respecting the communal space and all attendees.
  • Participating in scheduled activities, including shared meals and discussions.
  • Contributing to the collective retreat experience with openness and hospitality.

Failure to honor these commitments may result in a participant being asked to leave without a refund.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A $100 deposit per person is required to confirm your spot.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full by September 1, 2025.
  • If full payment is not received by the deadline, your spot may be forfeited.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding cancellations and applicable refunds.

4. Accommodation & Room Assignments

  • Room assignments will be made based on availability. While we do our best to accommodate preferences, we cannot guarantee specific rooming requests.
  • A limited number of private rooms are available for an additional $140. Availability is not guaranteed.
  • Accommodations include bedding, pillows, and towels.

5. Meals & Dietary Needs

  • Meals will be prepared together as part of the communal experience.
  • Participants will be asked to sign up to help with meal prep and cleanup.
  • Dietary requests will be collected in advance and accommodated as best as possible.

6. Alcohol & Responsible Consumption

  • Alcohol is permitted but must be consumed responsibly.
  • Participants are expected to be mindful of others and maintain a respectful environment.

7. Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to engage with kindness, respect, and a willingness to participate in the communal experience. Any behavior that disrupts the retreat, disrespects others, or violates the agreed-upon practices may result in removal from the event without a refund.

By registering for House Party 2025, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
